I need some help on customizing. I've encountered a problem putting the front blinkers on. Do I have to take the front forks off to get the stock blinker brackets off? I also need to drill through chrome. Has anyone ever done that? Any tips on this?
Come on now. Everyone put their thinking caps on. This customizing is really a challenge! Once I'm done I'll be able to give you guys tips on how to do yours! You've seen pictures on the forum. I can't stop now. I need to get it finished and I'm getting discouraged. The seat should be done this week and then I only have the blinkers to go. Oh yeah, except for the headlight that Rick has convinced me would just finish the bike!
Please, help me. I'm going nuts trying to figure this out. I don't want to take the front forks off to do this.
If I have to my SO will. He bought a bike lift at Sam's Club for $106. Holds 1500 lbs. Looks like the one JC Whitney sells for $200 plus shipping.
